Narciso Melendez Zuniga, age 87, of Odessa, TX passed from this life on Wednesday, August 7, 2019. He was born in Mexico on Thursday, October 29, 1931 to the late Epifanio and Mariana (Melendez) Zuniga.
Narciso was a people person and a well known Rancher. Everyone that knew him loved him. You could often find him setting up and working the "Trade Shows." Narciso always enjoyed meeting people there. He will be missed dearly by everyone that knew him.
Those left to cherish his love and memories are his sons: Narciso Zuniga of CO, Jose Alonso Zuniga, Francisco Leonel Zuniga, Jesus Maria Zuniga, Martin Zuniga and Iran Zuniga, all of Ojinaga; daughter: Dora Pando of Odessa; brothers: Alberto Zuniga of Ft. Stockton and Federico Zuniga of Odessa; as well as 21 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Bertha (Ramirez) Zuniga.

Maria Guadalupe “Lupe” Muniz, age 63, passed from this life Thursday, August 8, 2019 in Odessa, TX. She was born Thursday, December 12, 1955 in Urrutia, Chihuahua to Ramon and Maria Vega Morales.
A woman of faith, Lupe was also very business minded. She was always so happy and would always joke around, and was a great cook. She stood up for you no matter what, even if you were wrong. She owned In Style Fashion in Kermit for over 8 years. Lupe was the best grandmother to all of her grandchildren. She met Jesus in Ojinaga, Chihuahua while working for the same business. They only knew each other 15 days before he stole her from her family and got married.
Those left to cherish her love and memory are her husband: Jesus Muniz; sons: Raul Morales of Odessa, and Jesse Muniz, Jr. (Jaime) of Melissa; daughters: Marissa Reyes (Eleazar) of Odessa and Vanessa Pando (Carlos) of Schertz; parents: Ramon and Maria; brothers: Carmelo, Modesto, Alberto, Mario and Ambrosio Morales, all of Odessa; sisters: Sylvia Ramirez, Mona Serrano, Leonor Morales, of Odessa, Dionicia Acosta of Aldama, MX and Sandra Medina of Albuquerque; and thirteen grandchildren.
Visitation will begin 10:00 am Sunday, August 11, 2019 At Acres West 24 Hour Chapel. Funeral Services will be 10:00 am Monday, August 12, 2019 at Iglesia de Cristo/Church of Christ at 301 E. 6th Street. Interment will follow at Odessa II Gardens section of the Ector County Cemetery.

Robert Wayne Switzer, age 72, passed from this life Thursday,
August 8, 2019, in Odessa, TX. He was born Tuesday, December 24,
1946 to the late Arthur and Iva Jewel Switzer in Brownwood, TX.
Robert loved his kids and worshiped the ground his grandchildren and great-grandchildren walked on. He loved his horses, and at one point had thirteen of them. Robert enjoyed working on cars and he was always piddling with his truck. He proudly served in the Marine Corps and was the recipient of two purple hearts.
Those left to cherish his love and memory are his daughters: Andrea Martinez and husband Julio of South Carolina, and Deanna Jump and husband Ed of Florida; sons: Randall Wayne Switzer and wife Tina of Odessa, and Ryan Daniel Switzer from Grand Prairie; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. sister: Patricia Vogt and husband Clarence of Odessa; two nieces and a nephew.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Ricky Lynn Switzer; Jerry Don Switzer and sister: Shirley Ann Switzer; two granddaughters and one great-grandson.
Graveside services will be 10:00 am Tuesday, August 13, 2019, at Santa Anna Cemetery in Santa Anna, TX. Arrangements are entrusted to Acres West Funeral Chapel.

Rasko Nedimovic, age 62, of Odessa, passed from this life on
Thursday, August 8, 2019. He was born on June 27, 1957 in
Cleveland, OH to Ratko Nedimovic and Anna Marie (Merkord)
Nedimovic. He was a truck driver.
Rasko was an amazing man with a heart of gold. He drove for Tri-State for many years and was a dedicated employee who took great pride in his work. He loved writing poetry.He carried radioactive material and nuclear waste. Rasko traveled the United States and made several trips to Canada as well. If you knew Rasko, you knew he was a huge “Teddy Bear” and loved everyone. He also found the best in every situation and never complained. Even during his last days with us, and in a lot of pain, Rasko stayed positive. He married Angela “Angie” (Hoover) Nedimovic in Odessa, TX and she was the love of his life and his best friend for over 39 years. Rasko touched many people’s life throughout his journey here and will be missed by many. He was the baby in his family, loved them dearly and words cannot express how much they will miss him.
Those left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife: Angie Nedimovic of Odessa; daughter: Tara Ciapponi; son-in-law: Tony Smith; brothers: Erwin Colkmann and Peter Nedimovic; sisters: Irma Caldwell, Olga Vesco and Ingrid Nedimovic; grandchildren: Trevor, Noah and Vivian Smith and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many, many great friends
Rasko’s parents: Ratko and Anna Marie Nedimovic; one brother: Sibin Nedimovic; his mother-in-law: AraLea Colbert and one granddaughter: Audrey Smith, was there to meet him at the Heavenly gates.

Martha Faye Anderson, age 74, passed from this life Monday, August 12, 2019 in Crane, TX. She was born Sunday, November 5, 1944 in Floydada, TX to George William and Hazel Marie Polk.
Martha was known for her famous peanut brittle. She would lend a helping hand to a complete stranger. Martha loved crafts, collected pigs and enjoyed working on her yard. She could keep anyone in line, loved her family dearly and was a loyal friend. Martha worked at Faith Community Baptist Church for over 19 years and was always very dedicated to her job. Martha was head of all missions, and never turned anyone away.
Those left to cherish her love and memory are her daughters: Sharon Albright and husband James of Aspermont, TX, Latrina Little and husband Jason of Crane, TX, and Billie Sue Slocumb and husband Steve of Odessa, TX; brothers: Kenneth, Larry and Virgil Polk; sisters: Linda Schneider, Salena Boring, Jonita Jatzlau and Emma Wright; grandchildren: Justin Albright, Charla Leonard, Michael Sewell, Brittany Gilbert, Ryan Reeves, Amye Witt, Andy Slocumb and Taylor Wright; 14 great-grandchildren and one coming soon.
Martha also leaves behind a very special friend and companion: Lawrence Redman who loved her dearly and took great care of her.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband: Marvin Luther “Andy” Anderson; brothers: Robert, Troy, John and Glenn Polk; sister: Laquita Fudge; and grandson: Lonnie Sewell.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8:00 pm. Funeral Services will be 10:00 am Thursday, August 15, 2019 at Faith Community Baptist Church. Elia Esperanza Estrada Tercero, age 72, passed from this life Monday, August 12, 2019 in Odessa, TX. She was born Saturday, August 2, 1947 in Mexico to the late Bentura and Aurora (Gandara) Estrada. She was a homemaker, beloved wife, mother, sister, and grandmother.
A hard worker, Elia was dedicated to caring for her family. They were her pride and joy. She was a loving and forgiving person whose relationships meant everything to her.
Those left to cherish her love and memory are her husband: Claudio Tercero of Odessa; four sons: Alfredo Tercero, Alejandro Tercero, Oscar Tercero and Alfredo Tercero Jr.; two daughters: Luz Maria Tercero and Lorena Tercero; all of Odessa; sisters: Aida Estrada of Stanton and Elsa Estrada of Odessa; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and several brothers and sisters.
A Rosary will be recited 7:00 pm Wednesday at Acres West Funeral Chapel. Funeral mass will be celebrated 10:00 am Friday, August 16, 2019 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Terry Mitchell Crabb, age 66, of Gardendale, passed away at Medical Center Hospital of Odessa on Monday, August 12, 2019. He was born in Kilgore, TX on January 9, 1953. Terry worked in the oil and gas industry.
Terry was a wonderful father who loved his family with all of his heart. His wife of 44 years was very dear to him and he constantly reminded her throughout their marriage of how special she was to him. He was a fun loving guy and a gentle giant. He was a man's man who loved hunting, fishing, his guns, and especially his John Deere tractor.
Those left to cherish his love and memory are his wife: Virginia Crabb; daughters: Rhonda Wenger (Jackie Jacquez) of Midland and Tonya Daniell (Peter Marquez) of Farmington, NM; son: Chuck Wenger of Albuquerque, NM; brother: Wendell Crabb of Spring, TX; four grandchildren: Landon, Alex (Chelsea), Dana (Jennifer), and Jacob; and great-grandchildren: Mylie, Talia, Lexy, Avah, Matthew, and Brandon.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his son: Brandon Crabb, who passed away in 2001.

|Leonard Ray “LR” Caswell|
Leonard Ray “LR” Caswell was born February 11, 1929 in Loraine, Texas to Homer and Lona Caswell. He departed this life on August 14, 2019.
He grew up in the Loraine area where he met his wife Mary Louise “Lou” Eilers. The two were married September 10, 1949 and spent 48 wonderful years together before losing her battle with cancer in 1997. He spent most of his years working for Santa Fe Drilling on the drilling rigs performing various duties. He and his wife eventually retired to Lake Brownwood, where they enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and he later found joy in “Boot scootin’”.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Homer and Lona Caswell; wife: Mary Louise “Lou” Caswell; son: Kenneth Ray Caswell; and daughter: Nancy Jean Phillips.
He is survived by three children; daughter: Patricia Louis Wheeler and husband Larry of Odessa; sons: Silas Wayne Caswell and wife Donnora of Hudson, Wisconsin, and Delbert Lynn Caswell of Odessa, TX; 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Leonard’s life will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, August 17, 2019 at Acres West Funeral Chapel with Jimmy Braswell officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Acres West Funeral Chapel.
A star was born Friday, August 16, 2019. That little star went back to the sky right away and is now looking down on her parents, brothers and sisters. Though her stay here was short, Estrella Peregrino was and is very loved!
"Picture me as I was, full of life and love. Although not with you now, I'm watching from above. I know how much you miss me, and I miss you too. It was my time to leave, as each of us will do. Although not in your arms, I'm always in your heart. The precious love we shared, means we're never far apart."

Her great-grandmother, Celia Carreon, preceded her to her heavenly home.
