Funeral Services will be 10:00 am Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at Iglesia Apostolica de la Fe en Cristo Jesus with interment to follow at the Odessa II Gardens section of the Ector County Cemetery. Elucio Arevalo Palma, age 73, passed from this life Saturday, May 4, 2019 in Odessa, TX. He was born Thursday, December 13, 1945 to Manuel and Juana Arevalo Palma in Ojinaga, MX.
Those left to cherish is love and memories are his brother: Braulio Palma; sisters: Tomasa Saenz and Ernestina Rivera; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Jesus, Miguel, Melquiades, Eusebio and Francisco Palma; and sisters: Geromina and Epifania.

Margarita Levario de Samaniego, age 93, of Odessa, passed away in Odessa on Sunday, May 5, 2019. She was born in Shafter, TX on February 22, 1926 to the late Urbano Levario and Rita Gabaldon. She was a homemaker.
Margarita is survived by her sons: Guadalupe Samaniego and wife Mila of Odessa, Pedro Samaniego and wife Petra of Odessa, and Mario Samaniego and wife Graciela of Port Arthur; daughters: Leticia Samaniego, Elsa Barragan and husband Cruz, and Norma Rivera and husband Pedro, all of Odessa; sister: Celia Levario of Chihuahua, Mexico; daughter-in-law: Teresa Samaniego; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son: Carlos Samaniego; and two sisters: Guadalupe Rascon and Eusebia Bustillos.
Funeral services will be at a later date in Mexico with interment to follow at Cementerio de El Pueblito Aldama, Chihuahua, Mexico.

Joey Licon, age 50, passed away Monday, May 6, 2019 in Odessa TX. He was born Friday, October 4, 1968 in Odessa, TX to Jose Cruz Licon and Belia Quinonez Nieto

Linda Jeane Pugh, age 61, passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at her home in Goldsmith, TX. She was born Tuesday, November 19, 1957 in Darmstadt, Germany to Ray Smitherman and Edith Keil. Linda worked as a waitress.
Those left to cherish her love and memory are her mother: Edith Looney Glover of Lake of the Ozarks, MO; two sons: Timothy Livingston of Kansas City, MO and Bowen Pugh of Grandview, TX; two daughters: Jasmine Aiken and Aslyn Aguilar, both of Houston, TX; the beloved fathers of her children: James Livingston and Glen Morgan, both of Shreveport and Bobby Pugh of Grandview; brothers: Eric Looney of Prattville, AL and Brian Looney of Springfield, MO; and twelve grandchildren: Christian, Emma, Cameron, Vision, Casey John, Sophia, Liliana, Madisyn, Graham, Emersyn, Jazlyn and Elle.

Bobby Gene Lang 72, left this earth and
entered the pearly gates of heaven on May 7, 2019.
He was born to Eugene and Jewel Faye Lang on September 28, 1946 in Abilene, Texas. He joined the 82nd Airborne in 1971. He found the love of his life Paula in 1972 and they married on May 16, 1974. They have spent the last 45 years enjoying their life together. Bobby was a giving man and would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. He will continue to live through his organs and bless those in need.
He worked in the oilfield throughout most of his life, then after retiring he continued to work as a maintenance man for Dan Nastansky. His father-in-law Freddy and he were inseparable and argued at times as though they were married.
Those left to Cherish his memories are his wife Paula, sons Christopher Lang wife Misty, Raymond Elrod wife Shannon, and daughter Jenny Hofer; grandchildren Caden, Levi, Kassidy, Dylan, Hunter, Ronnie, Shannon, and Taylor; great-granddaughter Avery; brothers Freddy wife Laura & Dale; sisters Mary & Diane; brothers-in-law Joe & Phillip; and many more family & friends.
Those preceding him in death were his dad, mom, brother Allen, brother-in-law William and mother-in-law Vern.

Alma Clarene Anderson, age 75, of Odessa, passed away at Medical Center Hospital on Wednesday, May 8, 2019. She began her earthly journey in Amherst, TX on August 7, 1943, born to the late Clarence Donald and Jewel Earlene Weeks.
”Clarene” was true to her word. She had no filter whatsoever and she always spoke her mind. She was very focused and headstrong and she had no care in the world as to what people thought of her. Clarene loved her grandbabies. She was a very loving, free spirited person who would give and do whatever she could to help others. She was a good cook.
Those left to cherish her love and memory are her son: Wayland Anderson and wife Teresa; daughters: Terrie Howard and husband Jimmy, Donna Geers and husband Jackie, and Tracie Bracken and husband James; brothers: Don, Douglas, Darwin, Gayland and Delton Weeks; sisters: Betty Fitts and Belinda Coppinger; ten grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and one very special friend: Tommy Glen Harvey.

She was born to J.W. and Louise (Harbonson) Drawhorn on August 29, 1945 in Geneva, TX. Rita married Rodney Lynn Burkhalter Sr. in California on February 22, 1964. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of almost 55 years: Rodney Burkhalter Sr. of Kermit; three sons: Rodney Burkhalter Jr. and wife Lisa of Columbus, OH, Damon Burkhalter and wife Charleen of Kermit, and Richard Burkhalter and wife Erika of Savannah, GA; daughter: Katrina Cummins and husband Christopher of Odessa; brothers: Jerry Dale Drawhorn and Bob Drawhorn; sister: Francis Strock; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
